Spent 2 hours for a pedicure and dip. Most of the time spent waiting. Misshaped my toenail, I had to file it myself. She offered to reshaped my natural nails to almond. Ended up with the thumbs almond shaped and the rest oval. The filing of my left thumb was so rigid. I was in there for so long, I didn’t even want them to fix it, it was no use. I was over it by this time. I’m usually a monthly girl. I feel like I wanna go somewhere new tomorrow just for a fresh set. I can’t stop looking at my nails and not in a good way. I hate that this took two hours to throw together. Was supposed to been some tlc for me and now I’m even more aggravated about having to fix these. UPDATE ! Not even 12 hours later, Max gave me a call and asked for me to come in and allow them to fix it. I sat down with Jeff. He talked to me about what he does, how long he’s been a tech, the importance of learning and being open to growth and criticism in his field. I really enjoyed him as just a person. He also has an eye sensitive to imperfections. I am the same so I appreciated that. My toe nail chipped but I didn’t wait to get it done. I probably won’t just because I don’t have time to make another trip. However, much like Jeff said, feedback is essential and my feedback allows him to get better and understand what I need as a customer. Plus, you can tell Max truly cares about customer satisfaction and you dont find that everywhere. I’d definitely return for my monthly upkeep. Thank you Max for being awesome. I thought about deleting my earlier post and just going with my experience with Jeff. However, I think it’s important to note that even if you have a not so good set from one of the techs here, Max (I believe is the owner) wants to know how he can improve your experience and that is so valuable to me. I’m happy I came in today and got to experience more of Milano Nail’s great customer service💙.
