Been to Milano in Houston and wanted to give it a try while visiting Dallas. I recommend it 100%. Super friendly staff, very attentive. I came in 30min prior to my appointment time, they greeted me and seated me right away. Hannah and Linda were absolutely amazing. They made sure I had the best experience and made me feel at home. Wait time was not long compared to other nail places. When in Dallas, Milano is still a go to.

I found this location online on accident…and what an awesome accident it was! I got the best mani pedi thanks to Helen & Diane! All of the tension in my legs and shoulders is gone. The selection of packages are reasonably priced and absolutely worth every penny. When I sat down I informed my techs that I’m diabetic so they were very cautious and constantly asked if I was OK. I appreciate the little things so I know I’ll be back soon 💗 Cleanliness: Very clean and organized!

This was my first time at this salon and honestly if I could’ve rated higher I would’ve. The manager at the front was checking on everyone and even gave mimosas and when anyone had an empty drink he made sure everyone was good. Now I was assigned to Jeff and this man SLAYED. Even got under my nails and he was so freaking sweet. I had a really bad experience at a different nail salon and Jeff made sure he took care of me. Will definetley be coming back and requesting Jeff every time.

Received powder dip manicure for the first time. Quality of product or quality of technician was poor. After two weeks fingernails were bending—not strong enough to sustain an occasional bump (hitting a counter, an object . . .). I’ve never had this happen before. So I can only imagine it was either the product used or the lack of enough layers of product on nail bed to harden the nails. Also, they are lifting because my hair gets stuck in the nail close to the cuticle. There were other issues but this is sufficient for me not to return.

Feel like Cinderella. Got my pedicure and nails done at the same time. Friendly staff. Free champagne 🍾. Perfect date spot! So elegant inside. Lauren and Jeff are the best!!

I walked in to Milano Nail Salon yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The Salon is brand new, beautiful, and spotless. My technician, Jeff was excellent! I received the best manicure I’ve had after 3 years of giving my service to another Preston Hollow nail salon.

Love Milano so much! Jenny was amazing, so thorough and gave a wonderful massage. Can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend the facility as well with sanitary conditions, beautiful decor, and soft music playing. Great environment 💕

First time here and will be my new go to! My friend recommended them (she goes to the location in Houston) and was definitely worth the drive here. The receptionists greet you with a smile, the ladies in the back are so friendly and nice. We were offered drinks a couple of minutes into sitting down, promptly asked for refills and constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. The deluxe pedicure is so worth it, hot towels and hot stones weren’t overly hot. Just an overall great experience.

Best Nail Salon EVER!!! I’ve been here a few times and lemme tell you. THEY NEVER MISS! Everytime I get my nails done, I leave as a new woman. I always get dip powder on my fingernails and gel on my toes. Jeff is especially the best when it comes to beautifully shaping the nail. The whole experience was one of a kind. The first time I came here it was for manicure, which it was very satisfying. Thank you, Lily. As my second experience, I did the Pear pedicure. My two drinks of choice were mimosa and tequila sunrise, both were good, with an excellent and amicable attention from all the staffs. Jenny was wonderful during my pedicure. The massage chairs are quite excellent, too. I do recomend this place. I will be coming more often in the future, since the ambience and services are memorable 🙂

I recently moved from Houston, where my go-to nail salon was Milano Nail Spa-Lower Heights. So when I heard that Milano was opening a location in Preston Forest, I was beyond thrilled to try it out! I attended their grand opening and had a deluxe gel manicure and a deluxe gel pedicure done. The spa is just gorgeous, with a great ambiance. My technicians, Hannah & Diane, were also PHENOMENAL! They did such a great job! They were also super nice and very professional. I can’t wait to return! I’m so happy to have my go-to nail salon now in Dallas!

Milano Nail Salon and Spa is a very professional salon with friendly people. I had a dip manicure and a pedicure with Diane (mani) and Hannah (pedi). My nails look fantastic. The products used are high quality, the shop is clean and bright. Overall my experience was very good.

Wow!! I have never been to such a good salon. From someone who has gone to many salons in the past, I have to say that this is the best salon I have ever been to. There’s so many reasons why this salon is so good. For starters the owner there is so welcoming and greets you with such kindness. Then the service there is amazing. I had both Jeff and Vivian. Jeff did my acrylics and Vivian did my pedicure. My experience with them was great. They were so attentive and treated me with such care. In my opinion, the price was reasonable, but the service was way more valuable than what I paid for! Additionally, the treatments that the salon provides are good quality. When I left, I felt relaxed, and the salon made sure I was satisfied. The environment is really nice. It was quiet which I liked. This salon is gorgeous! I’ve never seen a salon like this before. Most of all my nails look Stunning!! I definitely recommend this place and I would totally go back again.

I found Milano during their soft-opening and was instantly charmed by the overwhelmingly welcoming staff and luxurious interior. With the included beverage, this is a great spot for a self-care treat! Stylist: Hannah did a fantastic job with removing my dip nails without damaging my natural nails underneath and took her time to make sure my nails were re-shaped and painted to perfection.

Wonderful ambiance, friendly staff that wanted to ensure satisfaction. Attention to detail. I did get the Milano specialty pedicure which was wonderful but I was there 2 hours for a pedicure. It was relaxing but did take longer than I would like.

I’ve been going to another salon in the same area for years, not knowing what I was missing. This place is gorgeous, sparkling clean, and all the staff extremely friendly. It is definitely several steps above any other nail salon, yet prices are the same. I always see Julie for my appointments, and am thrilled she moved to Milano. I highly recommend this new nail spa! My experience here was nothing more than amazing. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. The environment is so relaxing and zen. The music isn’t loud and obnoxious. Very low key and relaxing. I highly recommend Milano for anyone looking for excellence relaxed service with no pressure on the upsale. As a side note, Lanie was an absolute delight and so fun to chat with while she was working on my ugly monkey like feet lol. I would rate this place with 6 stars if it was possible.
